Surprise Police said a man who had not returned home from work has been located and is safe.
Scott Allen Weltz, 56, reportedly left his home on May 31 around 7 a.m. to work at Evolve Discovery in Phoenix.
Weltz's wife reported his disappearance to the police when he didn't return home.
Weltz returned home Wednesday afternoon and is in good health, police said.
