The Peoria Police Department has released a sketch of the man wanted for allegedly shooting a former MCSO deputy in the face.

The victim was allegedly playing Pokemon Go in a parking lot near 83rd Avenue and Washington Street on February 18 when two men approached her.

The men reportedly told her to get out of her vehicle, and when she refused, she was shot once in the head.

The alleged shooter (pictured above) is described as being Hispanic, light-skinned with short, dark hair and no facial hair. He was wearing a white T-shirt and dark blue pants. He was about 5’7” and between 130 and 140 pounds.

The second man who approached her car was Black, dark-complexion, nearly six feet tall and 180 to 200 pounds. He was muscular with a chubby face, short dark hair and was seen wearing a green coat and dark-colored jeans.

Three other men were standing away from the victim’s car but were also believed to be with the two men.

One of the three other men is described as being Hispanic, possibly between the ages of 17 and 19 years old, wearing white pants and a white ball cap. No information was provided for the other two.

Authorities are still investigating the case. Anyone with information is asked to call the Peoria Police Department.
