Officials say one person suffered life-threatening injuries and two others were hurt in a crash Monday afternoon.
Firefighters responded to the scene near 99th and Northern avenues around 4 p.m. for a crash involving a motorcycle.
A fire department spokesman said a 24-year-old man was flown from the crash site with life-threatening injuries. An 80-year-old woman also suffered serious injuries and a 67-year-old woman had minor injuries, according to firefighters.
The Peoria Police Department said the crash closed 99th Avenue between Olive and Northern while first responders and investigators were on the scene, but the area reopened to traffic just after 4:30 p.m.
No other information was immediately available.
