A collision involving a semi-truck and two other vehicles has sent several to hospitals.
The collision happened at the intersection of MC 85 and 99th Avenue. The roadway was opened hours after the incident as sheriff detectives investigated.
According to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Department, four people, including two children, traveling in a blue SUV were taken to a hospital for treatment. One of the passengers was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.

The driver of the semi-truck sustained no injuries, and the driver of the other vehicle also sustained no injuries.
