Woman in custody after man stabbed, home caught on fire

GLENDALE — The Glendale Police Department is investigating a domestic violence situation resulting in a stabbing and fire.

Around 12:30 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to a mobile home near 51st and Glendale avenues.

When they arrived they found a man suffering from a possible stab wound. He was transported to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Around that time, Glendale Fire responded to the same address for a fire which is believed to have started in a trailer where the couple lives.

The woman was taken into custody. Possible charges against her haven’t been announced.

An investigation remains ongoing.
