We're now getting our first look at a piece of surveillance video Glendale police say helped them catch a killer.

In the video, a gold Dodge Durango can be seen speeding around a corner near the intersection of 67th Avenue and Peoria.

Court records say the Durango was being driven by Aaron Ott. Glendale police say Ott shot and killed 16-year-old Miguel Navarro over an X-Box.

"I would have been willing to rob a store and steal an X-box of some sort instead of taking someone's life," said neighbor Rachel Tweedy.

Tweedy said she was relaxing in her backyard when she heard a gunshot and tires screeching. A retired nurse, Tweedy said she performed C.P.R on the 16 year old until paramedics arrived.

Despite her efforts it was too late.

"When I looked at him, he looked like my son," said Tweedy.

Ott was arrested by Glendale police. He is currently in jail facing charges for armed robbery and first degree murder.
