GLENDALE, AZ — Authorities say an argument between roommates ended in a deadly stabbing between the pair.

The Glendale Police Department responded just before 8 p.m. Thursday to a report of a stabbing near 55th and Orangewood avenues.

Officers arrived to find a man with a life-threatening stab wound. He was taken to the hospital where he later died, police said Friday.

Police say the suspect, identified as 35-year-old Brent Carvajal, told detectives he got into an argument with his roommate, 43-year-old Bradley Harshman. Police say Carvajal admitted to stabbing Harshman.

Police say Carvajal was arrested and charged with one count of homicide.
