Nonprofits need volunteers to staff concession stands at Camelback Ranch Spring Training games. In return, they will get a percentage of the food and alcohol sales.

Southwest Human Development, Arizona's largest nonprofit dedicated to early childhood development, needs volunteers for 11 games. Volunteer Engagement Manager Annette Sutfin they need 40 volunteers per game.

"Not everybody has the funds to be able to donate but I think everyone understands the importance of the work nonprofits do," said Sutfin. "So this is a great chance to go out and have a great volunteer opportunity and get involved."

There is an informational meeting Thursday, Feb. 9 from 3 to 7 p.m. at Dave & Busters, located at 9460 W. Hanna Ln. in Glendale.
