Glendale police are asking for the public's help in identifying an armed man who robbed a Circle K and took a woman's phone at gunpoint last week.

Police say the robbery happened on April 1 at 2 a.m. near 51st and Orangewood avenues.

Officials say the armed man made a female customer kneel on the ground as he took her cell phone at gunpoint before continuing to rob the store.

Police say the man is described as being 25 to 35 years of age, 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighing between 160 and 180 pounds.

The armed man was seen wearing a gray hoodie, a dark shirt, gray pants, gray and white tennis shoes, and a navy ski mask.

He was also seen with a black duffel bag with the Diamondbacks "A" logo on it. The man has tattoos of "602" and the Phoenix bird on the left side of his neck, and a scar on his left eyebrow.

Anyone with information on this man or the robbery is asked to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS or Glendale Police at 623-930-3000.

Police say there is a cash reward up to $1,000. The public is asked to not approach this man because he is considered armed and dangerous.
