Glendale Police are asking for help locating a woman who was reported missing in Glendale Friday night.
Patricia Ann Sims, 56, was last seen by her son Thursday night while she was staying with him near 59th Avenue and Bethany Home Road.
She is believed to have left on foot as she does not have access to a car.
Police say she has a diminished mental capacity due to Alzheimer's disease and takes blood pressure medication.
Sims was last seen wearing a leopard print top and black pants. She is about 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 170 pounds with shoulder-length black hair and brown eyes.
Police do not suspect foul play at this time.
The woman, as of Sunday evening, was still missing, according to officials.
