An 18-year-old man was arrested Tuesday in connection with three different sexual attacks on women, according to the Glendale Police Department.

Officials said they believe Dennis Kaleen Moody last sexually assaulted a woman in the early morning hours of Oct. 29, 2014, near 47th Avenue and Maryland Avenue. Police said he asked the victim for a cigarette and then grabbed her from behind before assaulting her.

Police said Moody ran away after the first assault when someone ran to help the victim.

The two previous attacks were similar, police said, and happened in the same area on Aug. 20 and Aug 23 in 2014.

Police said a composite sketch and DNA evidence helped lead them to Dennis, who confessed to his involvement once he was arrested. He also admitted to committing a burglary that happened on Oct. 29, 2014, officials said.

Dennis has been charged with sexual assault, sexual abuse, burglary and trafficking with stolen property.
