The Glendale Police Department is looking for a hit and run driver that hit a woman on Friday leaving her in critical condition.
The incident happened Friday at about 7:30 p.m. near 51st Avenue and Camelback Road.
Police say a white or light skinned woman in her 20’s with dark hair was driving westbound at the intersection when she hit the pedestrian and continued driving.
The vehicle is described as a white Subaru somewhere between a 2000 and 2005 model with four doors and a spoiler on the back.
Police say the car suffered front end damage and most likely a broken windshield during the crash.
The victim remains in the hospital in critical condition.
The surveillance photo above of the suspect’s vehicle was released by police Monday.
