Police say that when a vehicle, which was being driven by Warchol, had stopped to drop off Green at a residence in the area, there was an argument between both men. The argument turned physical, and Green took out a handgun and shot Warchol.
Police detained Green and he is considered a suspect. Police are still investigating the incident.
