Officials are investigating a deadly crash in Buckeye Valley.
Buckeye Valley fire said a 28-year-old man in a Pontiac sedan was traveling eastbound on Rainbow Trail when he failed to yield to a milk truck traveling northbound on Tuthill Road.
The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office said the vehicle was struck by the milk truck and the driver of the sedan was transported to the hospital where he died.
Tuthill Road was closed at Rainbow Trail for several hours but has since reopened.
