BUCKEYE, AZ — Two people are dead after a crash in the West Valley on Monday afternoon.
According to Department of Public Safety officials, a vehicle traveling eastbound along Interstate 10 rolled over just before 4 p.m. near Watson Road.
One person died in the crash, and two others were taken to area hospitals by a medical helicopter in serious condition, DPS said. One of the victims who was transported to the hospital also died.
DPS has identified the victims as 20-year-old Adnan Hedzic and 19-year-old Melissa Buljubasic.
No further details about the crash were immediately available.
