TEMPE, AZ — A pedestrian has been killed after being struck by a semi-truck in Tempe on Wednesday evening.
According to Tempe police, emergency personnel responded to the intersection of Broadway Road and Hardy Drive for the crash.
The pedestrian, 56 year old Keith Thomas, was taken to the hospital in critical condition but did not survive.
Police say the driver of the semi-truck remained at the scene and showed no signs of impairment.
