Man wanted after sex abuse on Valley light rail train

TEMPE, AZ — Tempe police are looking for a man who reportedly groped a woman on a light rail train on Monday.

Officials say a woman was sleeping on the light rail when an unknown man put his hands down her pants without her consent.

The suspect reportedly got off the light rail train at the Rural Road and University Drive stop, then headed eastbound on foot.

Tempe police describe the suspect as a Native American man around 30 years old. He's betwen 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 5 feet, 10 inches tall. He has a heavy build, black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, black t-shirt and black pants.
