TEMPE, AZ — A Department of Public Safety trooper was hospitalized after a crash on the I-10 Friday.
The incident happened around 11 a.m. on the I-10 eastbound near Baseline Road.
Tempe police say the trooper was on their motorcycle and collided with a van as they were both trying to torn eastbound on Baseline from the I-10.
The trooper was taken to the hospital but is in stable condition and was released later that afternoon.
Impairment doesn’t appear to be a factor in the incident.
