Someburros is celebrating a big milestone in 2016--it's 30th anniversary.
As part of that celebration, the Mexican restaurant has embarked on a year-long expansion and looking at potential spots for new openings around the Valley.
This week, Someburros announced that it would open its eighth Arizona location in Queen Creek.
"We've been scouting potential new locations all over, and we're really excited to call Queen Creek home," said President Tim Vasquez in a media release. "There's definitely an appetite for great Mexican food out here, and we can't wait to serve our family recipes to the community..."

Someburros will be located at 20707 E. Maya Road. It will have indoor and outdoor seating for up to 126 people and is expected to open in late 2016.
