A 2-year-old San Tan Valley child is in the hospital after being kicked in the face by a horse.
Rural Metro said the child was kicked in the face near Gantzel and Ocotillo roads on Thursday morning.
According to Rural Metro, the child was air lifted to Phoenix Children’s Hospital in unknown condition.
