Mesa police say a suspect is in custody after a rollover crash involving a stolen vehicle.
The crash occurred near University Drive and Date on Thursday morning.
Mesa Fire and Police responded to the scene where they found a stolen vehicle had rolled. Police say a carjacking happened before the rollover, but they did not give more information on where the carjacking occurred.
The suspect was reportedly taken into custody at the scene.
Police say the suspect suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Date is reportedly closed at University Drive for the investigation.
