Police were called to a high school in Mesa after a "suspicious object" was found on campus.
Air15 video showed Mesa police, some in tactical gear, and a robot investigating a device outside Mountain View High School, but on school property.
Police and school officials quickly said the school was on lockdown while police conducted their investigation, but cautioned that all students and staff were safe. The lockdown water later lifted.
Around 11:30 a.m., Mesa police said the object was "deemed safe."
Mountain View High School is located at Lindsay and Brown Roads.
No other details were released.
