MESA, AZ — Mesa police are investigating a body found near Rio Salado Parkway and Dobson Road Wednesday.
Video from the scene showed a large police presence along the roadway near a park.
Police said someone reported finding a body in the area, but no other details were immediately available.
Mesa authorities said Thursday that the death appears to be a suicide, but they are waiting for confirmation from the autopsy report.
