MESA, AZ — A deadly crash overnight shut down a portion of US-60 in east Mesa.
Arizona Department of Public Safety officials say a collision between two cars happened around 11:20 p.m. Thursday in the westbound lanes of US-60 at Crismon Road.
One person reportedly died in the crash and a second person was hospitalized.
The cause of the crash has not yet been determined.
The Arizona Department of Transportation says US-60 westbound reopened around 6 a.m. Friday.
