Gilbert police have given an all clear after a woman barricaded herself inside a car outside a Big O Tires store.
Police were called to the store near Val Vista and Baseline around 4:15 p.m. Friday afternoon.
A 33-year-old man called police saying a woman, identified as Diana Navarette, had a gun and had barricaded herself inside a car after the two had an argument.
Gilbert SWAT officers responded to the scene and found Navarette deceased in her vehicle with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Detectives say they are investigating the circumstances surrounding the argument.
Baseline Rd is open in both directions. Was closed earlier due to PD investigation. Incident has concluded and investigation is underway.
