GILBERT, AZ — A purveyor of vegan cinnamon rolls will open a bakery in Gilbert next month.
Cinnaholic, the Atlanta-based chain of franchised bakers of animal-free cinnamon rolls, will open its first Arizona franchise at 1887 E. Williams Field Road at San Tan Village.
Cinnaholic started in Berkeley, California, 10 years ago. Following an appearance on the ABC show "Shark Tank" in 2014, the bakery transitioned to a franchise model. More than 30 bakeries are open across North America with 100 others in the works.
