GILBERT, AZ — Gilbert police say a 17-year-old girl and her daughter who were last seen on Tuesday have been found safe.
Police say Emily Little left home with her 20-month-old daughter, Ava, and wasn't heard from or seen for several days.
Little did not have a vehicle and police suspected she either left on foot or may have been picked up by someone. Officials did not suspect foul play, but were concerned for their welfare.
On Friday morning, police say they were located safely and returned home.
