Gilbert Fire Department is investigating a serious crash Wednesday morning.
Two people have been transported by ambulance to the hospital, according to Gilbert Fire. One person had to reportedly be extricated from the vehicle.
The crash happened near Val Vista and Ray.
Update: 2 patients have been transported by ground ambulance to hospital. Expect traffic delays in area.
