GILBERT, AZ — Gilbert fire officials say a firefighter and homeowner were taken to the hospital after being hurt in a house fire Sunday evening.
The fire broke out around 6:20 p.m at a home near Gilbert and Guadalupe roads.
Both the homeowner and the firefighter have non-life threatening injuries, officials say.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
