GILBERT, AZ — A 2-year-old child was rushed to the hospital after being pulled from a hot tub in Gilbert Sunday night.
Emergency crews were called to the scene near Lindsay and Guadalupe roads around 7:15 p.m.
Firefighters originally reported the child was rescued from a pool, but later said it was a hot tub.
Gilbert firefighters say they don't know how long the child was in the water.
The child was in extremely critical condition Sunday night.
