Chandler Fire is investigating a fire at a duplex early Friday morning that left a woman with minor injuries.

According to officials, a fire broke out in a back bedroom of a duplex near Chandler Boulevard and Arizona Avenue.

Fire crews were able to knock the fire down quickly, but a majority of the home was damaged while crews were making sure the fire didn't spread to the attic.

A woman inside the home suffered minor burn injuries but was treated at the scene.

Fire officials don't have any reason to believe the fire is suspicious, but the cause is still under investigation.
