CHANDLER, AZ — Police are investigating a shooting outside of a business complex in Chandler.

The incident occurred near Ray and Alma School roads before 1 a.m. Thursday.

The manager of a nearby hookah lounge told ABC15 that he and multiple customers took cover behind a bar area and called police after they heard shots fired outside during an argument.

Police say an unknown man fired a shot in the parking lot, hitting someone else in the shoulder. The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

No suspects were located in the area and police say they have yet to get any suspect information. Officials say they haven't determined what led to the shooting.
