An East Valley mom is pushing for a Chandler child care center to close, after her 2-year-old son was given an adult sex toy.

Two workers at SuperKids Child Care have been indicted for furnishing obscene material to minors. A video of the incident, circulating on social media, also showed one of the women simulating sex acts with the device. Gabriella Del Carmen Garcia and Fatina Sawyer were arrested by Chandler police last week. Police say a third employee witnessed the actions and failed to report it.

"It shouldn't happen to any kid," said the mom of the boy, whom ABC15 is not identifying to protect the victim. "Now I need to tell my son that he was involved with a daycare that wasn't even looking out for him."

Arizona's child care licensing agency is also investigating.

SuperKids sent a letter to parents promising ethics training and surveillance cameras in the classrooms.

"We are as devastated as you are," the letter to parents said. "This disgusting act from the three employees was a total shock to us and we terminated them immediately."
