Two new restaurants are moving in to downtown Chandler.
La Bocca Urban Kitchen + Wine Bar and Modern Margarita will move into the space where Coach and Willie's once was, on the southeast corner of Boston Street and Arizona Avenue.
The two eateries will occupy the 6,000-square-foot space and share the same kitchen, Mill Avenue Management Group said in its announcement.
Both restaurants are slated to open in late spring.
This will be the third Arizona for La Bocca Urban Kitchen + Wine Bar and the second location for Modern Margarita.
