Police in Chandler are trying to locate a missing man whose vehicle was found abandoned near Dobson Road and Chaparral Way.
According to police, Joshua Tso's vehicle was found on August 4th around 6:43 a.m. His vehicle was running and his phone and wallet were located inside.
Tso was last seen leaving a friend's house near Guadalupe Road and Country Club Drive around 5 a.m.
Police say Tso suffers from schizophrenia and needs medication.
The man is described as being 5 feet 6 inches, weighs about 190 pounds, has black hair with red highlights and has brown eyes. The man also has tattoos on both forearms.
Anyone who has seen the man should call police at 911 or on the non-emergency number at (480) 782-4130. The case number is 16-88083.
