Chandler police are asking for the public’s help locating a man suspected of fraud.

According to police, the suspect gained the victim's account information and created a fake credit card to make purchases in Phoenix and Chandler.

He was then allegedly caught using the fake credit card on security footage.

He is described as a white man, about 5 feet 9 inches tall, 160 to 180 pounds, brown hair, black and white Adidas shoes, blue jeans, black t-shirt with “Tokyo” print, grey “driving” hat, and tattoos on his left forearm which police say appear to be a cross.

Police ask anyone with information to call them at (480) 782-4130.
