CHANDLER, AZ — A 3-year-old has died after being pulled from a residential pool in Chandler Friday morning.
Fire officials say the incident occurred at a home near Cooper and Pecos roads. Officials say the child was taken to the hospital for treatment.
It's not known how long the child was in the water or what led to the incident.
On Saturday, authorities confirmed the child died due to the incident.
An investigation revealed the death was accidental, according to police.
