Phoenix police are investigating a stabbing that occurred on the light rail in west Phoenix Saturday afternoon.
Police were called to a light rail stop in the area of Camelback Road and 19th Avenue after receiving reports of an incident.
Witnesses at the scene told officers that two men were attempting to rob another man on the light rail. The man being targeted is believed to have stabbed at least one of the suspects during the incident.
All three men involved left the train and police are attempting to locate them.
