Phoenix police are investigating a shooting in the area of 19th and Glendale avenues.
Officers arrived at the scene after 12 p.m. Thursday and found a 28-year-old man who was shot during an altercation.
Phoenix police said there is no suspect description at this time or a clear motive for the shooting.
According to police, the victim could not reveal much to officers because he was transported to a hospital for treatment.
The victim is believed to have non-life threatening injuries.
