A person in a wheelchair has been taken to the hospital after being hit by a pickup truck in Phoenix.
Phoenix police say a person in a motorized wheelchair was hit near 35th Avenue and Dunlap and taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Video from Air15 showed Dunlap Avenue was closed in both directions east of 35th Avenue.
Police said impairment did not appear to be a factor in the crash.
