What started out as a potential AMBER Alert situation will likely end up as a civil matter, Phoenix police said.
Officers were called to the area of N. 39th Avenue and W. Osborn Road Friday night after a report of missing children.
A woman told police at least two of her three children were missing. Sgt. Vince Lewis said he believed the children had been accounted for as of 7:45 p.m.
The suspect is cooperating with law enforcement, police told ABC15's Jon Erickson on the scene.
