Fire and emergency crews responded to a serious crash in west Phoenix Tuesday afternoon that sent several people to the hospital.
Crews treated six patients on scene at 46th Avenue and Thomas Road and took two to the hospital in critical condition. The four remaining patients were taken to area hospitals in stable condition.
Phoenix police are investigating the cause of the crash.
