Police officials are investigating after a worker died at Amazon in Phoenix.
The incident happened on Friday morning at the Amazon Distribution Center at 51st Avenue and Mohave Street.
Phoenix police said a woman suffered a medical issue from a a pre-existing condition and fell from a catwalk.
The woman was pronounced dead by Phoenix fire on the scene. The Medical Examiner will be investigating the cause of death.
