PHOENIX — Phoenix police officers are conducting an investigation after a man was shot near 75th Avenue and Indian School Road Sunday.
Police say at around 5 p.m., they responded to a call of a shooting at a home Sunday evening.
When officers arrived on scene, they found an adult male victim with a gun shot wound in front of the home.
Officials say an unknown vehicle reportedly drove up and after a verbal altercation the suspect(s) shot the man.
The victim was then taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
