Four teenagers are in custody after stealing a vehicle in Tempe.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety followed the vehicle from the Arizona Mills area in Tempe to 83rd Avenue and Thomas Road in west Phoenix on Friday morning.
Four teens were taken into custody, another is still on the loose.
DPS originally became aware of the stolen vehicle after a report of road rage.
No other information is known.
