Authorities are asking for the public's help identifying a brazen tool thief.
Police say Sunday, March 27, the suspect broke into a vacant suite near 40th Street and Broadway Road and smashed through the walls to get to an adjoining tool shop.
The man then stole several hundred dollars’ worth of tools which he used to damage the tool shop and a nearby Quiznos.
The suspect is described as a white male, mid 30's, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, 220 pounds, clean shaven and wearing a polo shirt and shorts.
He was driving a white, mid 2000's, GMC Safari cargo van.
