Officials are asking the public for help in identifying a suspect responsible for killing a man and leaving him in the middle of the street.
Police say Robert J. Smith Jr., 46, was shot multiple times on April 16 around 2:30 a.m. and taken to a hospital but died two days later.
Police say Smith was shot near 31st Avenue and Baseline Road. Witnesses told police they heard a vehicle leave the area after hearing gunshots.
There is no suspect or suspect vehicle description available.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Silent Witness at (480) WITNESS. There is a reward of up to $1,000 being offered for information that leads to an arrest.
