Police are looking for two men involved in a shooting Saturday night that has left one person in extremely critical condition.

A police spokesman says dispatchers first received a call of a fight in a neighborhood near 51st and Southern avenues.

Police say the victim was driving by a home in the area when he stopped and for unknown reasons began to argue with two men.

One of the two men pulled out a gun and opened fire on the 30-year-old driver, who was shot. The victim's car continued to roll slowly into an intersection near 52nd Drive and Charles Avenue.

Luckily the victim's car did not hit any other vehicles before it came to a stop. That man has been taken to the hospital in extremely critical condition.

Police are working to identify the man who opened fire, and the person with him at the time. Both ran from the scene and haven't been found.

Anyone with any information is asked to call Phoenix police.
