PHOENIX — A motorcyclist is dead following a crash near downtown Phoenix on Sunday night.
According to Phoenix police officers on scene, a man riding a motorcycle was struck by a car near 7th Avenue and Roosevelt Street around 9 p.m.
The man was taken to an area hospital with serious injuries, but later pronounced dead.
