Officials are investigating after two people were shot during an attempted robbery in Phoenix.
Phoenix police said officers were called to the area of 29th Avenue and Greenway Road at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday for a report of shots being fired.
Witnesses told police a group of males were seen in the area shooting each other.
According to police, officers located a 17-year-old suspect who had multiple gunshot injuries on the scene. He was transported to a hospital.
While officers were on the scene they were told a victim was located at an area hospital. The 18-year-old victim was transported from the scene by someone he knew.
Both individuals are expected to survive.
